Physical Therapy Evaluation: Skilled evaluation of the involved body parts and development of a personalized treatment plan. This is recommended for your first visit.
Physical Therapy Treatments: Manual Therapy/ Exercises/ Dry Needling/Cupping/Taping/IASTM. 30’, 45’, 60’ options available
Dry Needling Only: short 20-30’ visits
Personal Training: 60’ sessions
We do not accept insurance. However, we do accept HSA, FSA, credit cards, Venmo, and cash.
Do I have to commit to more than one visit?
-No, we strive to get you back to full function in as few visits as possible.
Do I have to be an athlete?
-No, we treat patients of any fitness level.

Megan is a Doctor of Physical Therapy who recently moved from Nashville to Chattanooga, TN. She is from south Louisiana, and is an LSU and University of St Augustine alumni. She has 9 yrs of experience as a Physical Therapist and has worked in a variety of settings across the US doing travel contracts. She recently worked for Tennessee Orthopedic Alliance doing outpatient PT for 3 years. She is certified in Dry needling, instrument assisted soft tissue massage (IASTM) techniques and taping (STMT-1) and is also certified in Clinical Management of the Fitness Athlete (CMFA) to best facilitate a wide range of patient populations. She also has experience in vestibular rehab and treating all general neuro and musculoskeletal disorders.
She is hopeful that FFP will allow her to better reach highly motivated individuals looking for one on one, personalized and interactive physical therapy. Megan was a long-time swimmer, played basketball and currently participates in CrossFit.
Andi is a Doctor of Physical Therapy and Personal Trainer from Lebanon, TN. She completed her undergraduate degree and played college basketball at Cumberland University. Her doctorate in physical therapy was completed at the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences. She ran a successful outpatient PT clinic in Lebanon, TN for the past 6 years. She recently moved to Chattanooga, TN to be closer to the mountains and immersed with healthier lifestyles. She has extensive certifications including trigger point dry needling, homeostatic dry needling, manual therapy, and mechanical diagnosis of the spine. She is also a certified clinical instructor and loves teaching. She believes that fitness is for everyone and strives to create an atmosphere that is comforting to all through her personal training. She is eager to help the active, outdoorsy individuals of the Chattanooga area, as well as anyone who desires to be healthier but is fearful in starting the process.
